    Process + Operating Model

How We Work From Day One

Every engagement follows a clear sequence: understand the business, design the right solution, build it with senior hands, and stay accountable after launch. Strategy before build, always.

    The Engagement Process

    Four Steps to Start

    01

    Consultation

A conversation about where the business stands today, what is working, and what is getting in the way. From there we talk through your growth plan and answer any questions you have.

    02

    Diagnostic One-Pager

Following the consultation, we deliver a diagnostic of where your business stands and the key opportunity areas.

    03

    Custom Plan + Quote

We turn the opportunity areas into a plan, in the order worth doing them. You get a scope, a start date and one fixed price that holds for thirty days.

    04

    Engagement Begins

Work starts against the agreed plan, with a kickoff call and written updates each week.

    The First Step

It starts with a consultation. We talk through where the business stands today, what is working, and what is getting in the way. From there we deliver a diagnostic one-pager, a fixed-price plan, and a start date.

    How We Engage

    Operating Model

The engagement process sits on top of a simpler operating model. Every project moves through three phases: diagnosis, build, and ongoing operation. The work is only done when it is producing measurable outcomes.

    01

    Diagnose

We start with the operating problem, not the technology. Short, senior-led discovery maps process, data, and economics before anything is scoped.

    02

    Build

Small teams ship working software in weeks, with AI workflows embedded where they remove real cost rather than where they demo well.

    03

    Operate

We instrument what we build, hand over documentation and reporting, and stay accountable for the outcome after launch.

    Common Questions

    FAQ

Practical questions about how we run engagements, what to expect, and what you will receive along the way. If you do not see your question here, reach out directly and we will get you an answer.

We run a focused 45-minute conversation with your leadership team about the operating problem, the current state, and the business outcome you are trying to drive. Within a week, you receive a diagnostic one-pager with the key opportunity areas and a recommended first engagement.

Most engagements run between 4 and 12 weeks depending on scope. A brand strategy or diligence sprint may take 4-6 weeks, while a working software build or analytics implementation typically runs 8-12 weeks. We agree on fixed milestones and dates before any work begins.

Deliverables are specific to each engagement, but they always include working product, not just recommendations. That can mean a brand and growth playbook, a deployed AI workflow, a reporting layer with documented metrics, or a diligence data room and findings report. Documentation and a handover session are included by default.

We work on fixed scope and fixed price. After diagnosis, we deliver a statement of work with clear deliverables, timelines, and a single price. There are no hourly surprises, and any change in scope is handled with a written change order.

Every engagement is led by a senior partner from our leadership team. The day-to-day team is small and senior, with direct access to the people building the work. We do not hand off to junior bench talent behind a curtain.

We stay accountable for the outcome. Every engagement includes a post-launch operating period to monitor performance, train your team, and make refinements. Ongoing support retainers are available for teams that want us to continue running and improving what we built.

Yes. We design around the systems you already have. We integrate with your CRM, ERP, data warehouse, cloud infrastructure, and existing AI vendors whenever possible, and we only recommend new tooling when the business case is clear.
